John Morgan Owen


Son of Robert Michael Owen and Elizabeth Jones. .

Born in 1860, the twenty-third year of the reign of Queen Victoria, and died aged seventy-three in the twenty-third year of the reign of King George V  He has 17 direct descendants in the family.


When John Morgan Owen was born in 1861 in Islington, his father, Robert, was 39 and his mother, Elizabeth, was 37. He married Margaret Jane Griffiths and they had one daughter together. He then married Louisa Julia Owen and they had three children together. He died on 9 February 1933 at the age of 72.
